QuickText grants you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the extension for your own productivity, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use QuickText for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive purposes, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to violate the terms of any website. You are responsible for the content of the templates you create and insert.

Your content

You retain all rights to your templates and text. QuickText does not claim ownership and stores your content on your device.

Availability and warranties

The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation across all websites.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
